Define the tag palette your advisors pick from on the prospect and client detail pages. Tags persist post-conversion so a zillow_lead tag still answers "where did this client originate?" later.

Heads up: tags are advisor-scoped. Each advisor maintains their own palette under brain/advisor_{id}/_tags.json. Removing a tag from the palette doesn't remove it from prospects that already carry the literal tag string — they just stop appearing as filter chips on the prospects list.
