Public intake links
Each link is a public URL you can put on your website, in a newsletter footer, or hand to a 3rd-party form provider. Submissions land in your lead audit log without the visitor needing to sign in.

No link needed — open, select layout, print. Clients fill it out by hand.

Loading…How it works: the URL contains a random 32-character token that resolves to your advisor account server-side. Submissions are recorded in
brain/advisor_{id}/_leads_log.md. Revoking a link is permanent — visitors see a "no longer active" page. Audit history (label + usage count) is preserved.
